About This Class

Barre Sculpt draws on ballet conditioning, pilates and functional strength work. Small, precise pulses at the barre fatigue the muscle safely without loading the joints, building the kind of endurance that shows up in better posture and steadier balance.

Every section is cued clearly and can be scaled up or down, so newer participants and regulars can work side by side in the same class at the effort level that suits them.
