About This Class

Mobility & Recovery is built around controlled joint work, guided stretching and gentle release techniques. Rather than chasing intensity, each session works methodically through the hips, spine and shoulders to restore the range of motion that daily sitting and repetitive training slowly take away.

It pairs well with stronger classes in your week and is equally valuable on its own. Expect to leave feeling looser, taller and noticeably more comfortable in the movements you repeat every day.
