About This Class
Vinyasa Flow moves continuously, with each posture linked to an inhale or an exhale. The sequence builds gradually from grounding shapes into stronger standing and balancing work before unwinding into a calm, deliberate close.
The emphasis is on breath before depth. You are encouraged to work at the pace your body allows, and every posture is offered with a modification so the class stays accessible without losing its rhythm.
