About This Class

Yin Yoga holds a small number of supported postures for two to five minutes each. Working at low intensity for longer reaches the connective tissue around the hips, pelvis and spine that faster practices tend to pass over.

Props are used generously so every shape can be made comfortable. Expect a quiet room, long exhales and a noticeably settled feeling by the time you leave.
